Why does my plumbing rattle all the time?
This is normally a problem with the water lines not being properly isolated. This can be fixed, but only if you know what you’re doing. The best thing to do would be to call us.

My water heater isn’t working as well as it used to. What’s the problem?
This normally has something to do with sediment build-up in the tank. You may need to get it cleaned out.

What can I do to remove the scratches on the inside of my toilet bowl?
The best thing to do is have your toilet refinished. If you are good at DIY projects, you can also buy some porcelain patch and take care of the problem yourself. Just be sure to read the instructions thoroughly beforehand.

My toilet will randomly empty itself of water without anyone flushing it. What does this mean?
It sounds like this could be a venting problem. Make sure the vent system in the fixtures is properly working.

How often should I inspect my septic tank?
You should inspect your septic tank at least once every three years. Even if you aren’t having any problems, you could still have an issue brewing. Regular tank inspection can save you a lot of money in repairs later on down the line.
